13. Client Responsibilities
Families & Production Companies must:
- Provide accurate information
- Ensure safe working environments
- Comply with UK employment laws
- Disclose working conditions, hours, and risks
14. Services for Production Companies
Where childcare is provided for productions:
- Work may take place on set or on location
- The production company is responsible for:
- Health and safety
- Risk assessments
- Safeguarding children
- Appropriate working conditions
- Required licences and insurance must be obtained by the client
We are not responsible for on-set conditions.
15. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates must:
- Provide accurate information
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Maintain professional conduct
- Comply with agreed employment terms
16. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (Production & Industry Work)
Due to the sensitive nature of work within the media, entertainment, and high-profile private client sectors, strict confidentiality is required.
- Any candidate wishing to undertake production, on-set, or industry-related work through Ready Set Go Nanny must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the agency
- Signing this NDA is a mandatory condition of being considered for, or undertaking, this type of work through our agency
- This requirement is in place to protect the privacy, safety, and confidentiality of our clients, including production companies, public figures, and private households
In addition:
- Candidates may also be required to sign separate NDAs directly with the client, including production companies, studios, talent, or private individuals
- These agreements may relate to:
- Production details (scripts, locations, schedules)
- Personal or private client information
- Any confidential or non-public information encountered during assignments
Candidates must comply fully with:
- The agency NDA, and
- Any additional NDAs required by clients
Failure to comply will result in:
- Ineligibility for production or industry work
- Immediate termination of placement (if applicable)
- Removal from the agency
- Potential legal action
Ready Set Go Nanny expects the highest level of discretion and professionalism at all times.
17. Fees and Payments
- Fees are agreed in advance
- Payment terms will be confirmed in writing
- Fees are generally non-refundable once services are delivered
All payments must be made within the agreed timeframe, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date:
- A late payment fee of 5% may be applied to the outstanding balance
- This fee will be added to the total amount owed and will be immediately payable
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or withdraw services
- Withhold candidate details or future placements
- Take appropriate action to recover outstanding payments
until full payment, including any applicable fees, has been received.
18. Employment Relationship
- The employment contract is between the client and the nanny
- We are not responsible for:
- Payroll, tax, or National Insurance
- Contracts or disputes
- Clients must comply with employment law
19. Replacement Policy
We may offer a replacement within an agreed period if:
- Terms have been met
- Payment has been completed
This does not apply in cases of unsafe or unsuitable working conditions.
20. Liability
- We take reasonable steps to vet candidates but do not guarantee suitability
- We are not liable for:
- Conduct of nannies
- Client working conditions
- Indirect or consequential loss
Liability is limited to fees paid, where permitted by law.
21. Insurance
Clients must ensure appropriate insurance, including:
- Employer’s liability
- Public liability
22. Confidentiality
All parties must keep shared information confidential and use it only for recruitment purposes.
23. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Copy or reuse content without permission
24. Intellectual Property
All content on this website belongs to Ready Set Go Nanny and may not be used without permission.
25. Termination
