No, in most cases for our temporary childcare, Nanny's work on a self-employed basis so you won't usually need to set up payroll employer.
Nanny's handle their own tax national insurance and you simply need to pay them for the hours worked.

Yes, all nannies we work with are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement as part of working with the production side of our agency.

For production bookings, Nanny may also be asked to sign an additional NDA's directly with the client such as the production company or family, depending on the nature of the role.
